Community Resources
As the high risk youth network convened monthly and various agencies participated in the process, it became very clear that there were similar initiatives going on to strengthen the system of services provided to the high risk youth population. In July, representatives of these planning processes met to share information about their work, to coordinate plans, to learn from each other and to avoid duplication.
